SUMMER | WEEKLY LAWN MOWING

Max Weekly Lawn Mowing

Lawn mowed to an optimal height.

Precision trimming around all edges and obstacles for a polished look.

Clean finish with sidewalks and driveways blown off for a tidy appearance.

Mows from May 11th until September 28th.

Clippings mulched and returned to the grass for added nutrients on our weekly format

Communication — You’ll be notified by our team before your first visit with more details

CONTRACT TERMS
Typically from May 11th to September 28th for a total of 21 visits. You may cancel anytime with 15 days’ written notice. With The Max Guarantee, if you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll come back at no extra cost to ensure the job is done right.

WINTER | SNOW REMOVAL

SNOW REMOVAL SERVICE

Tire Track Free Guarantee — after every snowfall we make every effort to clear your tire tracks. If excessive buildup remains, we guarantee it will be removed within 7 days so your driveway never accumulates unsightly packed snow.

Ice Melt/Rock Chip — Targeted applications as needed to loosen ice and reduce slippery surfaces.

Rapid clearance — within 24 hours of snowfall ending.

Snow response — for any snowfall over 1 cm.

Unlimited visits — whether it snows 5 times or 30 times, we’re on-site once a day.

Property coverage — driveway, sidewalk, and path up to the side gate.

Automatic monthly billing on the last day of each month.

Communication — You’ll be notified by our team before the season begins in November

While the Year-Round Program covers all seasonsl yard care, some upkeep falls outside of regular maintenance, such as hand weeding garden beds, targeted weed control for hard surfaces and non-lawn areas, pruning and trimming trees, shrubs, and bushes, and general yard maintenance to enhance your landscape’s overall appearance. For homeowners who want a higher level of hands-on attention, optional Gardening + Yard Detailing is available to address those areas.

Hand weeding garden beds, applying targeted weed control to hard surfaces and non-lawn areas, pruning and trimming trees, shrubs, and bushes, and performing general yard maintenance to enhance your landscape’s overall appearance

Delivered across 5 visits from May through September, consistently scheduled during the same week each month.

COMMUNICATION

You’ll be notified by your Gardening Team before your first visit to align on priority areas and expectations for the season

Collected using reusable landscape bags and responsibly disposed of at the eco-station.

Payment is simple and predictable. After approval, you’ll be prompted to pay a 5% deposit by credit card through our secure platform. The remaining balance will be automatically billed in 12 equal monthly payments on the last day of each month. If
you ever need to cancel, there are no cancellation fees. You’ll only be billed up to the month of cancellation.
